Sadguru Foundation is a social, cultural, economic, health, educational, flood relief, orphanage, and rural/urban community development organization registered in 2014 as a charitable trust in Mumbai. Our vision is for a just and compassionate Indian society in which all people will have the opportunity to achieve their optimum potential. Its priorities and objectives are to carry out charitable, holistic, and sustainable development work among the poor, marginalized, Dalits, illiterate, weak, and exploited, irrespective of their caste, creed, or religion. Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. We are a team of young people who have a passion for social service and compassion towards the sufferings of the disadvantaged sections of society and came together to form the Sadguru Foundation.
A non-governmental organization (NGO) is a non-profit group that functions independently of any government. NGOs, sometimes called civil societies, are organized on community, national, and international levels to serve a social or political goal, such as humanitarian causes or the environment. At the end of the day, it’s not about what you have or even what you’ve accomplished; it’s about who you’ve lifted up and who you’ve made better. It’s about what you’ve given back.
The mission of the Sadguru Foundation is to ensure a smile on every face where the overall development and dignity of every person will be secured, where people can live in peace, solidarity, cooperation, and brotherhood, and where the rights of each one will be protected.
The vision of the Sadguru Foundation Trust is to create a just, equal, and peaceful society where everybody shares and cares for the poor, unprivileged, and exploited people and makes the world a better place to live in.
