The treatment cost is ₹36,98,000/-(Thirty Six Lakh Ninety Eight Thousand Only), an amount his struggling parents cannot afford.

Thalassemia Major prevents Bignesh’s body from producing healthy red blood cells, leading to severe anemia, extreme fatigue, stunted growth, and organ failure. He has already undergone multiple blood transfusions, but these offer only temporary relief. Without a transplant, his condition will worsen, putting his life at risk.

Bignesh is under the care of Dr. Chintan Vyas at SRCC Children’s Hospital, Mumbai. His treatment includes supportive care, blood tests, medications, and at least 42 days of hospitalization. The cost breakdown is ₹2,50,000/-for pre-transplant care, ₹31,48,000/- for the BMT procedure, and ₹3,00,000/- for post-transplant recovery.
